This machine unit is made up of charging bucket,stepped gear,crushing knife,gear ring,crushing motor,discharging port,fan blade aggregating box,dust collection box and so on. The material is fed into the crushing room through the charging bucket,and is crushed through knife with high rotation. The fineness of the material is controlled by the adjustment of gap between stepped gear and stepped pan. The well-processed material is suctioned from the crushing room to the hop-pocked in the aggregating box by fan blade with high rotation;while the half-processed material will remained to be crushed in the crushing room.The dust in the hop-pocket is collected by the dust collection box.The machine unit is designed according to GMP standard. It is featured with simple structure,convenient operation and cleaning,small noise and high output.The machine is made of stainless steel with high quality.There is no dust during crushing.
